Massages
Swedish Massage
An excellent option if you are looking for complete relaxation or minor pain relief. Designed to help the body increase circulation and relieve stress.
Hot Stone Massage
This treatment utilizes heated stones as an extension of the massage therapists’ hands to melt away areas of tension and release energy blocks.
NEW Cupping Therapy
Ancient treatment relies upon creating a local suction to mobilize blood flow in order to promote healing. When the cup is left in place for a few minutes, blood stasis is formed and localized healing takes place. Cupping aids in toxin release, lymphatic activation, reduced muscle pain, and increased oxygen flow in fascia and muscular tissues.

Body Exfoliation with any Massage
The Body Exfoliation is a wonderful addition to any massage. The vigorous action of this sea salt scrub - enhanced with Arbonne's proprietary blend of essential oils sloughs away dead surface skin cells, revealing brighter, healthier-looking skin
Myofascial Release(MFR)
Fascia is the tough connective tissue that runs throughout the body surrounding every muscle, bone, nerve, blood vessel and organ. It is a continuous network. Fascia is so strong it can hold 2000 lbs per square inch.
moderate pressure is applied to the restrictions allowing the fascia to release, relieving pressure on the nerves, joints and organs. Excellent option for pain relief due to injury.
Deep Tissue
Massage
This massage uses firm pressure to go deep into muscle tissue, releasing deep long standing muscle tension. Stimulates local circulation and increases mobility and flexibility. This is not recommended for pregnant women or those with high blood pressure.
Lymphatic Massage Therapy
What is lymphatic massage?
Lymphatic massage, also called lymphatic drainage or manual lymph drainage, is a technique developed in Germany for treatment of lymphedema, an accumulation of fluid that can occur after lymph nodes are removed during surgery, most often a mastectomy for breast cancer. Lymphedema can also be present at birth or develop at puberty or during adulthood. This type, known as primary lymphedema, can affect as many as four limbs and/or other parts of the body. The cause is unknown.

Prenatal massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue, the gentle, noninvasive approach of prenatal massage can ease discomfort associated with pregnancy, help the mother-to-be prepare for labor and give her nurturing emotional support.
Acupressure
A technique that brings balance to the body’s energy, which promotes optimal health and well being. Excellent for chronic pain control and clients with limited range of motion.
